We serve a variety of individuals based on our different programs. The Long Term Habilitation/Residential Services and Day Program serves adults that are 18-59 years of age that have a ID/DD Diagnosis who require behavioral, forensic and mental health support.

Chronic conditions such as such as Intellectual Disability, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Seizure Disorder and/or 5th Category.

Any developmental disability other than Intellectual Disability, Autism, Epilepsy, or Cerebral Palsy that is similar or closely related to Intellectual Disability, or which requires treatment similar to that required for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The revised CDER form now requires an explicit indication of 5th Category diagnosis, thereby making the data more accurate, useful, and likely to be fully reported.

Support services are provided to persons receiving services from a regional center in order to meet the goals and objectives of the Individual Program Plan (IPP) or The Individual Family Service Program (IFPS for children 0-3 years). Services may be provided to vendors approved by the regional center or through other resources.

All referrals must come from one of 21 Regional Centers in the state of California.

Characterized by significant limitations in both intellectual functioning (i.e., an IQ of approximately 70 or below) and in adaptive behavior as expressed in conceptual, social, and practical adaptive skills. Levels of Intellectual Disability (ID) are reported here as mild, moderate, severe, profound, no ID (i.e., Intellectual Disability is not present), or unspecified.

We provide services to individuals in California who geographically reside in the Greater Central Valley area.

Regional Centers not only have a mandate to serve persons with developmental disabilities but to provide services in the most cost effective manner possible. They are required by the Lanterman act to utilize all other resources or generic resources before using regional center funds. A generic agency is one which has a legal responsibility to serve all members of the general public and receive public funds for providing those services.
